1:1 Mindset and Personal Development Coaching

The relationship you have with your own mindset is your most important relationship, in that it is the foundation behind all your choices, actions and personal development.


Over the course of 6 sessions, this series will explore the link between your mindset and the challenges you are facing in day-to-day life. Some of things you will achieve:  


  • Find clarity on issues

  • Understand your values and purpose

  • Become more self-aware

  • Coping mechanisms for stress and burnout

  • Challenge limiting thought patterns and behaviours

  • Explore different perspectives and gain new insights

  • Set meaningful and challenging goals

  • Cultivate a growth mindset

  • Obtain techniques and tools to support you moving forward  


Mindset coaching works best over a period of 3-6 months, with sessions on a fortnightly basis.


The programme contains a minimum of 6 sessions, and we take into account that everyone is at their own stage in life and career. There is tiered pricing to reflect this, available on request.

1:1 Career Change and Transition Coaching

Are you looking for a new direction, promotion, career change, side-hustle or dream of setting up your own business? If the answer to any of the above is YES, then you are in the right place. 


This programme takes a more structured approach to traditional coaching, and will be centered around  career decisions, rather than day-to-day life  challenges. 

Over the course of 8 sessions, we will explore the relationship between your mindset and changing careers, what motivates  you, and what is most important to you in your career. Throughout the series, we will explore and identify: 

•    Your values and purpose 
•    Your interests and passions 
•    Your strengths using a Strengths Finder
•    What motivates you
•    Mindset for changing career or direction 
•    Options and ideas available 
•    Plan of action to take forward 
•    Feedback and challenge to empower you 


Depending on the type of career transition and speed at which you would like to see change, this series runs best with sessions weekly or fortnightly.

Wellbeing and Mindset workshops

The working environment for young professionals brings plentiful learning opportunities, fun and innovation, but also can be extremely stressful.


There are periods no doubt, where you or your team may feel like you are stuck on a treadmill that is being turned up and up, with the possibility of flying off and crashing at any given moment!

The purpose of our wellbeing and mindset workshops is to support young professionals in the workplace cope with stress, pressure and protect themselves from ultimately burning out, so that they and their teams can thrive. 

In the workshops we’ll be providing participants with an opportunity to take a step back, get time and space, gain perspective and leave with some tools and techniques to carry into any working day. 

All workshops are completely tailor-made and custom to the individual client’s needs.
